Martin Dobr is the Chef and owner. He was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia and has cooked for the stars, traveled and worked around the world for the past 40 years. He settled in Myrtle Beach and has been serving exquisite cuisine daily at his own restaurant right here in Long Bay Resort.
Start your day off right, come and join the great staff of Martin’s Restaurant for the finest in breakfast. You have a choice to enjoy a breakfast buffet with bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit and pastries. How about an omelette made to order from one of our outstanding chef’s?
If you don’t want the buffet you can always order off the menu.
The dinners here are spectacular. They are known for casual fine dining with family friendly prices. They open daily at 5:00 PM. Come early and check out the early bird specials. Most are under $12 and come with soup, salad and entrée, one of the best deals on the beach.
